Covid-19 Updated Message from MBT’s CEO
(May 2020) We hope this communication finds you and your team healthy and safe.
The State of Wyoming is lifting the public health restrictions that have been in place for the past several weeks. In response, Medicine Bow Technologies, will start migrating from working from home, back to operating from our offices starting Monday, May 18th.
MBT is also lifting any client onsite restrictions that we have put in place.
We at Medicine Bow Technologies take this step very seriously and understand the need for our staff, and clients, to exercise extreme caution as we move forward. We are asking our technicians and engineers to use hand sanitizer liberally both before and after client visits, as well as wear a facemask throughout the duration of a site visit. When possible, we are asking our team to resolve issues remotely using our toolset.
Let us know how we can assist you and your organization, and if you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager or myself.
(March 2020) With the recent concerns surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our hearts go out to the individuals, businesses and communities that have been affected by this pandemic. We wanted to reach out to our clients regarding a plan to keep your employees safe and productive throughout the outbreak, particularly in the event of school closures and recommended social-distancing.
Throughout this crisis, Medicine Bow Technologies is fully equipped to take care of your needs and will be able to support you whether we are working in our office or remotely. We have decided to reduce our staff exposure to this virus and limit our onsite visits to clients to only true Priority 1 situations. If you have an active project or hardware refresh, an MBT account manager will be contacting you to plan for a new course of action amidst this crisis. We have advised employees who are ill or who have family members in their homes who are exhibiting any symptoms of respiratory illness not to report to our offices or any client site. If they feel well enough, they may work remotely. We recognize that if employees are not well, they may also need to take time off to manage their health needs.
We at Medicine Bow Technologies take this pandemic very seriously and understand the need for our organizations to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Let us know how we can assist you and your organization.
Hopefully the USA trajectory for COVID-19 is attenuated and begins to wane by June, and we wish you and your teams the very best.
